under Judge John Booth on Friday
Paige McCarver has built a reputation as one of the leading dog handlers in the
southwest region. You've probably seen her at all the big shows in Texas,
Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado, to name a few. She
also travels to Canada seeking Canadian and International championships for
client dogs. She's the one in the ring with a big smile on her face and a kind
word for everyone. And always at the end of the lead is a well trained, happy dog who
is an excellent example of its breed.
The welfare of the dog is always Paige's first priority. She makes training fun and
mentally stimulating for the dogs. That fun carries over into the show ring, in
spite of the fact that Paige is very serious and competitive. And she is always
very professional and considerate of her fellow exhibitors.
Showing dogs successfully is Paige's mission, and she works individually with
clients to map out a plan that is reasonable for each dog. If training,
schedules or other considerations require the dog to stay with Paige, her
new facilities provide an ideal setting for dogs to thrive.
A new kennel provides comfortable and supervised housing, and the dogs
participate in the family activities.
Paige breeds and shows standard poodles under the
kennel name Bandire.
